We here at PsycView are thrilled to announce Taffy, an addiction recovery app series. This app addresses the millions of Americans who struggle with substance abuse, and aims to assist people in their fight against addiction.

Taffy utilizes ongoing research into substance abuse and treatment, and is designed to supplement ongoing treatment.  With Taffy, people can hold themselves accountable, track obstacles and record thoughts, feelings and events that lead to substance use.  With the help of a treatment professional, they can identify destructive patterns and overcome them.

Taffy is being developed for the iPhone OS, which make it compatible with the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch.  A web-based version that will available to any internet-ready cell phone is in the works as well.
